The main character of this movie is Dorothy. Dorothy was living in Kansas but a strong wind threw her and her dog, Toto to the land of Oz. Then she and Toto met a good witch and she thanked them because they killed wicked witch. Good witch said if you want to go back, find wizard of Oz. While they were going, they met a scarecrow and a scarecrow joined them. Because scarecrow wanted a brain. Then they met a tin man and he joined, too. He wanted heart. Lastly, they met a cowardly lion. The lion wanted to be brave, so he joined them. Then went to the Emerald city to see the wizard of Oz and say him to make their wish true. At the Emerald City they met munchkins and munchkins led them to the wizard of Oz. The wizard of Oz demanded to kill last wicked witch and then he will help them. So the five of them went to the witch's castle. Suddenly, the flying monkeys came and took them to witch's castle. The witch wanted Dorothy's shoes but Dorothy didn't gave that to her. So the witch threatened her that she will kill Toto if Dorothy do not give her shoes. Then Dorothy became angry so she threw a bucket of water and it killed the witch. Back in Oz's castle, he helped Lion, Tin man and scarecrow. But at last this was Dorothy's dream.
After I saw this movie, I thought that Dorothy is very brave and has leadership. She lead other characters to achieve their goals and she didn't be a coward. At first, I thought it would be boring because this movie was very old. But it had fun to watch. I think this movie is really amazing. This was much worse than nowadays technology but at that time it was very high-tech.
